    Text [Deed to sister, improvements made by him (J.J.). Enstrangement between Mrs. B & I. My brother, Edward J. Brown of Scranton and his wife Mary Brown. Deeds for alll to be made to Helen Cavanaugh of Pittston, Pa. Helen is daughter of Thomas & Catherine Cavanaugh, same as you met the day I was there. She is my sister's oldest child and she will act as trustee for her brothers in this case. Was deed to my sister recorded? If not record all at same time. Youngest sister deed 6 yrs. before olders one married Cavanaugh. Have letter from Mr. O'Boyle, says he found deed and wants payment of money Tom Cavanaugh borrowed which I will do when matters get settled. Also assure Mrs. Joyce that we will arrange matters asap.]
