    Text [Maurice and Helen C. O'Neill, his wife, in right of said wife of Phoenix, Arizona formerly of Pittston, Pennsylvania, Lawrence F. Vavanaugh and James A. Cavanaugh of Pittston, temporarily residing in New York City to Thomas A. and Ellen Joyce, his wife, of Pittston. For $700, lot in the city of Pittston, Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, parts of lots 8 and 10 on John Street, as per the map in the Pennsylvania Coal Company's office. Said parts of lots have a front of 80 feet on John Street and extending at right angles to said street a depth of 50 feet, containing 4,000 square feet.
    Being the same lot of land conveyed to Bridget Brown, spinster, late Pittston, deceased. Bridget Brown died unmarried and intestate, leaving to survive her James J. Brown of Denver, Colorado, Edward J. Brown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, one sister, Katherine Cavanaugh, late of Pittston, deceased, mother of the grantors herein, who died intestate. The interest of James J. and Edward J. Brown passed to Helen C. O'Neill (formerly Cavanaugh), by deed dated 14 December 1914. Lawrence F. and James A. Cavanaugh signed 6 July 1917 in New York City, Maurice and Helen O'Neill signed 20 July 1917 in Los Angeles, California.]
